Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Teacher based out of Minnesota. Learn the self-care, flexible approach to developing meal plans that are realistic and sustainable for the long-term. Develop the skills to structure meals and snacks, a basic day of eating, meal planning for the week, and more!

Navigating Cooking Slumps
