Hi, I’m Amanda


I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Teacher. I specialize in helping people reach their health goals through intuitive eating and joyful movement. I believe that true health begins once we start approaching ourselves and our health with self-care and compassion, not restriction and control.
